Leave the details to us. We’ll set up and break down your tables, provide bartenders and wait staff and provide full-service catering. We’ll even help with table settings and audiovisual equipment.
Our space is only available for meetings and events during the racing off-season; however, our facility can accommodate large groups who want to enjoy the races on-season.

About the Event Space
Our multi-purpose event space can accommodate up to 586 guests and be set up for any type of event, from a cocktail reception or intimate gathering, to a wedding, large business meeting or exposition.
We can accommodate up to 150 guests per section in a reception style set-up. When set up for a cocktail-style event, the space can accommodate up to 180 guests per section.
The space includes private restrooms for your event.

CATERING
We offer full-service catering with menu options including breakfast and theme buffets, food stations and full bars. We can also supply wait staff and bartenders.
AUDIO VISUAL
We offer several audiovisual packages for your meeting needs including power strips, wired and boom microphones, projectors, screens, audio mixers, laptops and more.
